This Cookie Policy explains how Ritsora AI ("we", "us") uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when you visit ritsora.com or use the application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which behave similarly. Throughout this page we refer to all of them as "cookies".
Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required to run the app: authentication tokens, session state, CSRF protection, and load balancing. Without these, core features like signing in and saving your data cannot work. These cannot be disabled from within the app.
Preferences
Remember your choices — theme (dark / light), language, display currency, number format, time zone, accessibility settings, and dismissed banners. These improve your experience but are not essential.
Analytics and performance
Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve reliability and features. Where used, analytics are configured to respect Do Not Track and to minimise personal data.
Marketing
We do not sell your personal data. We may use limited first-party cookies to measure the effectiveness of communications you have opted in to.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we rely on to operate Ritsora AI:
- Supabase — authentication and session cookies.
- Paddle — checkout, fraud prevention, and subscription management.
- Google — sign-in with Google, Search Console verification.
- Cloudflare — security, bot mitigation, and content delivery.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies for specific sites. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
You can also manage in-app preferences such as marketing, product-update, email, push, and SMS notifications from Account → Preferences.
Retention
Session cookies are cleared when you close the browser. Persistent cookies expire after a defined period (typically up to 12 months) unless refreshed by your continued use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in-app.
