These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ritsora AI website and applications (the "Service") operated by Brijesh Kumar ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ritsora AI is software that provides personal-finance education, organization, and planning tools — including a unified dashboard, budgeting and goal tools, calculators, portfolio analytics, and AI-assisted informational guidance. Ritsora AI is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, custodian, lender, insurer, payment institution, or tax adviser, and does not:
- hold, custody, or move customer funds;
- execute securities, crypto, or other trades on your behalf;
- provide brokerage, dealing, or custody services;
- guarantee any investment return; or
- provide personalized regulated investment, legal, insurance, or tax advice — unless separately delivered by an appropriately licensed professional through the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Enable MFA and keep your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent security or rate limits;
- upload malware, probe or interfere with the Service's operation;
- misuse AI features to generate illegal content, harass others, or impersonate any person;
- resell or redistribute the Service or its output as a substitute for regulated financial services.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paid plans (Pro, Family, Advisor) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries for payment matters and handles returns, chargebacks, and tax collection.
By purchasing a subscription you additionally agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your billing portal — see §5.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel any paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee) and applicable consumer law.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated automatically by Paddle based on the remaining time in your current billing period.
7. AI-generated content
AI output in the Service is informational, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your inputs and for verifying any output before acting on it. Do not rely on AI output for regulated professional decisions without independent, qualified advice.
8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own personal or internal business use during your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
9. Your data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time in-app.
10. Third-party integrations
The Service may integrate with market data, banking, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
11. Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding financial outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
